摘    要:建立了一种快速测定加里料后白肋烟中木糖醇的离子色谱的定量分析方法.结果表明,在1.025×10-6~1.025×10-7浓度范围内,该方法的工作曲线线性良好(相关系数为0.9995),回收率在94.3%~102.5%之间,RSD为0.08%.该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、分析速度快,可以应用于批量加料处理后白肋烟中木糖醇含量的测定.

Abstract:A rapid method was developed for determination of xylitol in the treating hurley tobacco by ion chromatography. No complicated sample pretreatment was required. The quantitative results were obtained by the external standard method. The method has good linearity with correlation coefficient of 0.9995 in the concentration range from 1. 025 10 -6 to 1. 025 x 10 -7. The recov- ery was 94.3 % to 102.5 % , and the RSD was 0.08 %. The method was shown to be rapid, accurate, robust, and convenient, and it could be applied to the measurement of xylitol in the treating burley tobacco with satisfactory results.
