大学教师有效教学的条件

摘    要:从教师角度出发,在分析大学教学特点的基础上,简略论述了大学教师有效教学的四个条件,即大学教师的学术水平是有效教学的首要条件;大学教师的教学能力是有效教学的必要条件;教学与科研相结合是有效教学的重要条件;教师享有学术自由权是有效教学的制度性保障.
