福州市耕地集约利用水平研究

耕地是人类赖以生存和发展的基础.随我国工业化和城市化进程的推进,集约利用耕地成为实现土地可持续发展的必然选择.选取福州市为评价单元,采用多因素综合分析法和主成分分析法,从投入强度、利用程度和利用效率三个层面构建指标体系,从时间和空间两个方面对福州市耕地集约利用状况进行了分析,结果表明：1996年~2005年间福州市耕地集约利用水平基本呈上升趋势;耕地集约利用水平与社会经济发展和自然条件空间对应关系比较强,福州市耕地集约利用水平空间差异明显.

Study on Intensive Cultivated Land Ues in Fuzhou

Cultivated land is the basic to live on and develop. With the development of industrialization and urbanization process, cultivated land intensive use becomes an inevitable choice to realize the land sustainable development. With the adoption of several factor comprehensive analysis and principal component analysis method,this paper used Fuzhou city as the evaluation unit, constructed the index system by input-intensity, utilization degree and use efficiency, analyzed the cultivated land intensive use in Fuzhou from two aspects of time and space. The results indicated that the the cultivated land intensive use level showed an increasing tendency during 1996-2005 ,and there was an intense spatial relationship among the level ,social economy development and natural conditions, the spatial differentia of cultivated land intensive use was obvious.
