| 摘 要： | 1956年,日本为了解决能源稳定供应问题开始实施发展核能来满足国内能源的需求,以开辟一条能源自主化道路。文中论述了日本从20世纪50年代到2000年的核能政策的演变过程,并给出了日本核能政策演变的系统环路图,指出了日本核能政策实施过程中存在的问题。最后,阐述了对我国核能发展的启示。

| Abstract: | Since 1956, Japan has been on a path to reduce its dependence on foreign energy sources through the development of nuclear power to solve the stable supplying of energy and meet with requirements of domestic energy, thus opening the road to energy self-determination. This essay emphasis on the evolving process of nuclear power policy of Japan from 1950s to year 2000, presenting the systematic loop map of Japanese police evolvement of nuclear power. Finally, it expatiates the revelation of nuclear power development. |
