摘    要:降雨和库水位对大坝渗流表现出一定的滞后性和非线性,且降雨和库水位之间本身又存在一定的耦合关系,渗流的机理比较复杂.汛期降雨多,管理部门需要对水库库容进行防洪调度,水位变化比较频繁,导致汛期渗流波动较大.分析了水位和降雨对大坝渗流的滞后效应,简要介绍了汛期水库的洪水预报和防洪调度,建立了基于滞后效应和防洪调度下的大坝渗流监控模型.以某拱坝为例,对汛期内的大坝渗流进行了预报,预报精度较好.
