VAD技术反演平均风向风速的研究

摘    要:采用实测的单普勒雷达速度资料,通过对比分析了,重点讨论了非均匀分布VAD计算方法和均匀分布VAD计算方法的异同,以了解非均匀分布VAD计算方法业务应用的可能性。结果表明,在多普勒速度场缺测值较少情况下,两者计算结果接近;在多普勒速度场缺测值较多时,两者计算的平均风向和风速有较大的差别,均匀分布VAD计算的风速偏小,而非均匀分布VAD计算结果比较合理。

Abstract:In this paper, by using real time single Doppler radar data, the similarities and differences between evenly spaced VAD technique and unevenly spaced VAD technique are discussed to find out the feasibility of operational use of unevenly spaced VAD technique. It is showed that when the sampling dispersion is adequate the results of these two methods are very similiar, but when the sampling dispersion is inadequate the calculated wind velocity and wind direction are quite different, with the wind velocity calculated by evenly spaced VAD technique being rather small, while those by unevenly spaced VAD technique more reasonable.
