职技高师院校大学生素质教育现状与对策

对一所职业技术高等师范学校大学生进行了调查。结果表明 ,素质教育在职技高等师院已全面推行实施 ,并初见成效 ,但还面临大学生学习目标、专业知识、专业能力、文化素质和教育评价等亟待解决的问题。笔者就素质教育面临问题提出提高教师队伍素质、确定学习目标、扎扎实实学好专业知识 ,增强专业动手能力 ,开发特长 ,提高文化素质 ,建立和完善教育评价制度的对策

THE PRESENT SITUATION OF THE COLLEGE STUDENTS QUALITY BASED EDUCATION IN VOCATION TECHNICAL TEACHERS COLLEGE AND APPROPRIATE COUNTERMEASURES

An investigation has been made about the college students in one vocation technical teachers college The results showed that although some achievements have been made on quality based education in this kind of college,many existing problems must be solved such as the students' learning aim,major knowledge,major ability,culture quality and education evaluation etc On the basis of these existing problems,some countermeasures must be taken such as the improvement of teachers' quality,the decision on learning aim,the mastery of major knowledge,the strenghthening of handling abilities,the development of strengths,the raising of cultural quality and the establishment and perfection of educational evaluation system
