摘    要:
研究了以稀土固体超强酸 SO2 - 4/Ti O2 /La3+为催化剂 ,癸二酸和正丁醇为原料合成癸二酸二丁酯 ,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明 ,醇酸量的比值为 4.0 ,催化剂用量为 1.0 g,带水剂甲苯为 15 m L (癸二酸为 0 .1mol的情况下 ) ,反应时间为 3 .0 h,反应温度为 110~ 14 0℃是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯化率达 98.0 %。

Abstract:
The synthesis of dibutyl sebacate with n butanol and sebacic acid as reactants and rare earth solid superacid SO 2- 4/TiO 2/La 3+ as catalyst was studied.The influential factors of reaction were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:Weight of catalyst was 1.0 g;molar ratio of n butanol to sebacic acid was 4.0;the taking water reagent(toluene)was 15 mL (when sebacic acid was 0.1 mol);the reaction time was 3.0 h;the reaction temperature was 110~140℃.The yield of dibutyl sebacate was about 98.0%.
