| 摘 要： | 为了中小民营企业能在网上便捷地进行各种商业活动．突破以往基于ＥＤＩ建设电子商务的办法，利用现有 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ，采用基于Ｗｅｂ技术建设 Ｂ ｔｏ Ｂ网络的思想．提出网站建设方案，建设了厦门工商资讯网．该资讯网充分利用了Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上的信息资源，通过电子商务平台提供信息眼务和进行网络交易，实现了把ＩＴ应用于商业，以促进经济发展．

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the small and medium sized civil enterprises to carry on a variety o f commercial activities on the web conveniently,the authors broke the old method of building ecommerce based on EDI,and put forward a new scheme about constructing a web site by using the existing Internet and employing the idea of setting up B to B network based on web technolo- gy, and established Xiamen Commercial information Website. It makes full use of the information resource on the Internet, supplies information service and web transaction through the ecommerce platform,realizing to apply IT to business to bring about an advance in economy. |
