摘    要:
给出了两种改进协调元的方法,并建立了两个新的八节点空间单元。第一个单元 是直接构造不协调的单元函数,并增加对不协调函数的分片试验约束.该单元的应力 计算精度较作者以前提出的单元Qc11有较大的改善。第二个单元是广义杂交模型. 它是以广义变分原理为根据.通过调整单元内的应力、应变参数.实现了用杂交法建 立高精度的八节点空间单元.相对卞学提出的基于Reissner原理的应力杂交模型, 它避免了推导时所需的几何摄动。

Abstract:
Two different methods are posed to impove the conforming elements, while wo new brick elements with 8-node are derived. The first element is derived by putting a non-conforming dis-placement function in it with the patch-test as a restriction. Its stress accuracy is improved greatly in comparison with the element Qc11 by author. The second one belongs to the generalized hybrid model based on the generalized variational principle. With the adjustment of stress and strain interpolation, a high accurate generalized hybrid element of three dimensions is derived. In comparison with Pian's hydrid model based O~ the Reissner principle, the geometrical pertubation is avoided here.
