聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)的缺口敏感性实验研究

摘    要:对聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)的缺口敏感性作了实验研究,考察了拉伸强度和屈服应力与切口深度和切口底部圆弧半径之间的关系以及ABS的缺口敏感度(NSR).实验结果显示,ABS的缺口敏感度(NSR)的平均值为0.938,接近于1.0,ABS基本上对缺口是不敏感的;其切口试件的切口深度和切口底部圆弧半径对材料的拉伸强度和屈服应力没有显著影响。

Abstract:The notch sensitivity of thermoplastic polymer ABS (acrylic nitrile-butadiene-styrene) is studied by the tensile tests.How the tensile strength and the yield stress of the notch test samples relate to the depth and the radius of the bottom arc of the notches is studied;and the ABS notch sensitivity ratio is also done.The test results indicate:the ABS notch sensitivity ratio is 0.938,it is close to 1.0,so the thermoplastic polymer ABS is not sensitive to the notch elementarily;and the notch depth and the radius of the bottom arc of the notches have no notable effect on the tensile strength and yield stress of the notch test samples.
