药对桂枝-白术及其单味药中挥发油成分GC-MS的比较分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从桂枝、白术及其药对中提取挥发油成分,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对其进行分离检测,结合直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对重叠色谱峰进行分辨解析;同时,利用程序升温保留指数辅助定性。研究结果表明:从单味药桂枝、白术及其药对中鉴定出66,29和55个组分,分别占挥发油成分总量的94.43%,95.93%和96.35%;单味药与药对共有4种组分,占药对挥发油总含量的13.14%;组成药对后,新增4种组分,单味药桂枝消失33种组分,白术消失7种组分;药对中挥发油主要成分是2-(2-甲氧基)苯甲氧基苯酚、γ-芹子烯和桂皮醛等,它们主要来自于白术;药对种类与含量变化并不是单味药的简单相加,其作用机理有待进一步研究。
