BST/MgO复合陶瓷的结构和介电性能

摘    要:采用陶瓷烧结工艺制备了BST/MgO复合陶瓷,研究了不同MgO含量对材料微观结构和介电性能的影响.实验结果表明:BST/MgO复合陶瓷中只存在BST和MgO两相,Mg元素大部分以MgO独立相的形式存在,少部分固溶到BST晶格中;加入MgO有细化晶粒的作用,使晶粒大小更均匀;BST/MgO复合陶瓷比纯BST的相对介电常数和介电损耗均有明显下降,随着MgO质量分数的增加,相对介电常数下降,介电损耗略有增加.当频率为1 MHz,MgO质量分数为20%时,相对介电常数和损耗分别为315和0.004 8.

Abstract:BST/MgO were prepared by ceramic sintering processing. The structure of the materials was analyzed.It is concluded that only BST and MgO phases existed in the BST/MgO ceramic.A part of Mg exists in BST in the form of MgO,and the other part solidified in BST.The addition of MgO can refine and homogenize the BST grain.The relative dielectric constant and loss of BST/MgO was much lower than that of pure BST,and the relative dielectric constant decreased with the increasing of MgO,but the loss increased a little.When the content of the MgO was 20 %,the dielectric constant and loss were 315 and 0.004 8 respectively at 1 MHz.
