| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了目前提高我国企业核心竞争力的迫切性,核心竞争力的来源及特征,并从核心竞争力与非核心技术创新关系入手,结合我国中小企业的实际情况,论述企业如何利用在非核心技术上的创新优势形成核心竞争力,从而在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和不断发展壮大.

| Abstract: | This paper firstly presents the urgency of enhancing core competencies of Chinese enterprises, features and sources of core competencies. Secondly, through the research of the relationships between the core competencies and non-core technology innovation and the analyses of the situation of Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises, it discusses approaches for enterprises to form core competencies and finally to survive and develop in the fierce market competition through non-core technology innovation. |
