滴注式渗碳气氛组成与碳势的关系

摘    要:
探讨了滴注式渗碳气氛组成与碳势的关系。通过大量实验,证明滴注式渗碳反应均未达到平衡状态,并运用数理统计方法得出炉气组分中只有3个相互独立的组分。甲醇-丙酮滴注式渗碳过程中,以线性模型描述碳势与气氛组成的关系可得其最优回归方程。

Abstract:
The relationship between the carburizing atmosphere of drop-feeding carburization and the carbon-patential is discuased in this poper.A large number of the experiments are proved that the atmasphere in the carburizing furnace consists of only three independent ingredients,and that the dropfeeding carburizing reaction is always in an unbalanced state by the mathematical statistic method.Furthermore,there is certain definite linear relation between carbon-potential and the ingredients of the atmosphere of furnace in the process of acetone-methanol drop-feeding carburization.
