| 摘 要： | 可倾屏法是测量螺旋面牙形的一种新方法。它克服了传统光学测量方法中存在的观测对象（影象或干涉线）随调焦而变形和测量结果具有双值性的问题，从而提高了测量精度。本文阐述了可倾屏法的测量原理及主要性能。

| Abstract: | The inclinable retical method for measuring the flank angle of helicoid which eliminates theprofile of image boundary of helicoid changed during focusing and the double value property of the results in the traditional method is proposed. The principle and performance of the inclinable reticlemethod are introduced in the peper. |
