摘    要:实施“大学生素质拓展计划”是对新世纪大学生进行素质教育的有益尝试。本文在总结我校外语系“大学生素质拓展计划”试点工作的基础上,对如何建构适应大学生个性差异的素质发展模式进行了研究与探讨,旨在从对学生需求和社会需求的双重分析入手来设立教育目标,通过优化课堂教学,强化课外素质拓展和完善教育评价机制等方式,引领学生自主建构素质发展体系,从而顺利实现教育目标。

Abstract:Implementing "College Students' Quality Extension Project" is an attempt beneficial to the college students in quality -oriented education. Based on summarizing the relevant pilot work carried on by Foreign Languages Department of Pingxiang College, the thesis, with an aim to set education goals by making two - sided need analysis of the students and from the society, focuses the research on how to optimize the classroom teaching, strengthen extracurricular quality extension and perfect the education appraisal mechanism. Thus, students are to be guided to build up at their own initiatives the quality extension system, and achieving the education goals successfully.
