领导者的非权力性影响力探微

在领导者的领导活动中，既有权力性影响力，又有非权力性影响力。非权力性影响力是领导者在实施权力性影响力的同时，运用自身的品格、能力、知识、情感等对被领导者实施影响的行为。与权力性影响力使人“畏服”不同，非权力性影响力是以内驱动力形式服人；因而比权力性影响力要自然得多，广泛得多，也稳定得多。

The Study on Leaders′ Non- authoritative Influence

There are both authoritative effect and non - authoritative influence in the action of a leaders leadership. While exercising his authoritative effect, a leader can exert some impacts to his subordinates by his own moral character, attainment, knowledge, affection, etc. This is non -authoritative influence. In comparison with the authoritative effect aweing others, non - authoritative influence submits people from their own heart, which is more natural, more wide and more stable than authoritative effect.
