| 摘 要： | 一国的船舶或者航空器，如果在该国领土内，毫无疑问，该国对发生在该船舶或者航空器内发生的犯罪享有刑事管辖权。如果一国的船舶或者航空器，不在该国领土内，那么对于发生在该船舶或者航空器内发生的犯罪，就涉及到许多国家的刑事管辖权，船舶或者航空器登记国的刑事管辖权仅仅是其中之一并不是唯一的。
