加强科学管理 提高图书馆服务效益

摘    要:阐述了图书馆服务效益的内涵,论述了图书馆服务应以社会效益为最高宗旨的原则以及“以人为本”的科学管理理念,探讨了通过加强文献资源建设与管理、建立“以人为本”的科学管理模式来改善图书馆的服务与管理,加强对图书馆员素质培养与管理等多方面来改善与提高图书馆的服务效益,促进图书馆的可持续发展。

Abstract:This paper expounds the connotations of library's service benefit,and discusses on that the library services should persist in the principle of taking the social benefit as the highest purpose and the concept of people-based scientific management,and probes into improving and increasing library's service benefit and accelerating library's sustainable development through strengthening the construction and management of the literature resources,establishing the people-based scientific management mode to improve library's service and management,and strengthening the quality cultivation and management of the librarians,etc.
