智能化颗粒流料计量系统

摘    要:在粮油、饲料、酿造、制药、化工、水泥、肥料等生产加工行业,对粒状、粉状物料进行连续精确地计量统计是这些行业生产过程科学化管理的重要环节。智能化颗粒流料计量系统是实现这一环节的重要手段。此系统的启用,淘汰了传统的人工磅秤、“数包”计量方式,大大减轻了人员劳动强度,统计效率高,速度快。由于系统采用了多种软、硬件措施,其累计计量精度远远优于0.2 % 。

Abstract:Accurate and continual measurement and statistics of materials in forms of granule or powder are of vital importance for scientific management in manufacturing and processing of cerals, oils, food stuffs, brewage, medicine,chemicals,cement and fertilizer.The intellectualized measuring system of flowing granules is designed to meet the requirement.The system can replace the traditional method in measuring the material by balance or "counting sacks",greatly decreasing labour intensity and raising efficiency.Thanks to the use of advanced soft- and hard-wares the greater accuracy has been attained.
