| 摘 要： | 大学阶段是个人职业生涯发展的重要阶段。高职大学生职业生涯规划教学还处于探索阶段，存在一些问题，如高职学生职业生涯规划观念淡薄、自我认识和环境分析能力不足、高校职业生涯规划教学亟待改进、职业生涯规划实践指导服务不到位等。为此，应强化职业生涯规划意识，提高大学生自我认知；加快课程体系建设，构建教学辅导模式；完善服务机构，打造教学师资队伍。

| Abstract: | the collage stage is an important stage of the personal career development. The high vocation college students＇career planning teaching is under exploration and has some problems, such as lack of career planning concept, insufficient ability of self - recognition and analysis of environment, unsatisfactory career planning teaching, lack of guide to the career planning, etc. Therefore, it is necessa- ry to strengthen the awareness of career planning, improve college students＇ self - recognition, quicken the building of curriculum sys- tem, construct the tutoring pattern and perfect the service mechanism and develon the teaching team. |
