低廉碳对电极DSC用KI/I2电解质改性及光电性能

摘    要:通过采用不同类型添加剂和溶剂对低廉的KI/I2电解质进行改性,分析了将其应用于介孔碳对电极染料敏化太阳电池(DSC)的光电性能,同时借助电化学阻抗谱(EIS)分析了性能改进的内在原因。结果表明,相对于丙烯碳酸酯(PC)和碳酸乙烯酯(EC),磷酸三丁酯作为KI/I2电解质的添加剂获得了最佳转换效率的器件(4.05%),其值比PC为添加剂的电解质大11.6%,更比EC为添加剂的电解质大18.4%。添加磷酸三丁酯减小了电解质的电阻,加强了I-/I3-在电解质中扩散能力,实现短路电流和填充因子的改善,进而使其获得最高效率的器件。改性后,基于KI/I2供体对的电解质的最佳成分配比为:0.5M KI、0.05M I2、0.5M磷酸三丁酯的乙腈和乙二醇溶液(体积比为4:1),其组装的器件的转换效率已高于LiI/I2电解质(3.51%)。

Abstract:Low-cost KI/I2 electrolyte was modified through diverse additive and solvent,photoelectric properties of DSC employing electrolyte with mosopore carborn as counter electrode were analyzed,and internal causes for performance improvement were discussed with EIS.Results showed that electrolyte with TBP(tributyl phosphate) as additive achieved better conversion efficiency than PC(propylene carbonate) additive and EC(ethylene carbonate) additive,the efficiency of employing TBP was 11.6% higher than the one with PC,and 18.4% higher than the one with EC.By adding TBP,resistance of electrolyte can be reduced,and the diffusing ability of / in electrolyte can be enhanced,so short-circuit current and fill factor of DSC can be improved,resulting in better conversion efficiency.The optimal composition ratio of modified KI/I2 electrolyte were listed as below: 0.5M KI,0.05M I2 and 0.5M TBP in mixture solution of acetonitrile and glycol with volume ratio of 4:1,assembled DSC showed better efficiency than the one with LiI/I2 electrolyte(3.51%).
