产学合作培养创意人才探索——以“华强动漫班”为例

产学合作培养创意人才是培养适应文化创意产业生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的高技能、创新型专门人才的根本要求。以＂华强动漫原创班＂为例,总结了芜湖信息技术职业学院产学合作培养创意人才的基本做法和存在问题,在此基础上,提出实施产学合作培养创意人才的根本途径,即构建产学合作培养创意人才保障机制、激励机制和发展机制等。

The Exploration of the Training of Creative Talents in the Collaboration between Industry and University——Taking Hua Qiang Animation Class for Example

To meet the fundamental requirements of the production,development,management,and service in the cultural creative industry,it＇s necessary to cultivate high-skilled and innovative talents needed by the forefront in the collaboration between industry and university.Taking Hua Qiang Animation Class as an example,this paper summarizes the basic measures and existing problems in the training of creative talents in Wuhu Vocational College of Information Technology.On this basis,it puts forward the fundamental solution to the training of creative talents in the collaboration between Industry and University,that is,to establish its security mechanism,incentive mechanism and development mechanism,etc.
