| 摘 要： | 花青素因优异的抗氧化性能和显著的清除自由基能力而在多种心血管疾病发生、发展的各个阶段均显示确切的预防作用,是具有广阔发展前景的植物药。文章根据国内外对花青素生理功能的研究报导归纳了花色苷的主要生理活性。
