摘    要:采用一次浸渍脲醛(UF)树脂制得的浸渍纸,分析UF树脂胶中甲醛(F)和尿素(U)对压贴后饰面人造板物理力学性能和甲醛释放量的影响; 将浸渍纸以相同条件压贴在锡纸上,测试浸渍纸自身甲醛释放量,分析饰面人造板甲醛释放的来源。结果表明:随着甲醛与尿素摩尔比的升高,饰面人造板物理力学性能明显提高,甲醛释放量也有所升高; 浸渍胶膜纸具有良好的封闭甲醛的能力,能封闭绝大部分板材内部释放的甲醛; 甲醛和尿素摩尔比在1.55时,饰面人造板的甲醛释放量由浸渍纸自身释放的占56%; 降低浸渍纸用UF树脂的甲醛与尿素摩尔比能有效降低甲醛释放量,当甲醛与尿素摩尔比在1.4时,饰面人造板甲醛释放量远小于E1级国家限量标准。


Effect of ratio of urea formaldehyde resin in impregnated papers on formaldehyde emission of surface decorated wood-based panels
Abstract:The effect of impregnated papers with different molar ratios(F/U)of UF on physical mechanical strength and formaldehyde emission of surface decorated wood-based panels was discussed. At the same time, the impregnated papers were pressed and pasted onto the tinfoil, then, formaldehyde emission of impregnated papers was tested, and the formaldehyde source of surface decorated wood-based panels was analysed.The results showed that the physical mechanical strength and formaldehyde emission of surface decorated wood-based panels increased according to molar ratio. The paper with impregnated thermosetting resins with good ability of sealing formaldehyde can seal most formaldehyde from panels. The formaldehyde emission from impregnated papers accounted for 56% of that from surface decorated wood-based panels when molar ratio was 1.55. It could reduce the formaldehyde emission effectively by reducing molar ratio of UF for impregnated papers. The formaldehyde emission of surface decorated wood-based panels was much less than the E1 national limit standard when molar ratio was 1.4.
