| 摘 要： | 从“寻求即时信息”到群体“泄愤”，“人肉搜索”似乎已变成人们动辄疾呼的“道德审判”工具。综观各类“人肉搜索”事件，网民群体作为“人肉搜索”工具的使用主体，其主观能动性的发挥，对事件的发展具有决定性的作用。为此，对“人肉搜索”行为的规范与引导，首先应分析大众网民在这一群体行为中的社会心理动因。
