流动人口中生育妇女孕期保健情况分析

目的对安福县2005年至2008年流动人口中生育妇女孕期保健情况进行分析，制定相应的干预措施，为政府决策提供参考。方法对2005年至2008年流动人口的孕期保健情况进行回顾性收集、整理及比较。结果流动人口孕妇早孕检查及按要求产检人数不超过四分之一；产后访视率不到80％；高危孕妇数近四分之一，高危孕妇管理仅有一半；自产自接的老法接生依然存在，导致新生儿破伤风无法消除。结论加强流动人口孕产妇管理，建立适宜管理办法，是基层保健工作的重点。

The analysis of prenatal care of fertile women in floating population

Objective： To analyze the current situation of prenatal care of fertile women in floating popula- tion from 2005 to 2008 in Anfu County, formulate the corresponding intervention, and provide the refer- ence for the government. Methods： The data of prenatal care of fertile women in floating population from 2005 to 2008 were retrospectively collected, sorted out and compared. Results： The rate of pregnant wom- en who received pregnancy and prenatal examination as required was low than 25%, the rate of postpartum interview was low than 80% ,the rate of high-risk pregnant women was near 25%, but only half of them were under control. There still existed the old ways of delivery and infantum tetanus. Conclusion： Strength- ening the management of fertile women in the floating population and formulating the appropriate adminis- trative measures are the most important of the fundamental work.
