萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的合成及其在水煤浆添加剂中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了作为水煤浆添加剂的萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的合成方法,针对兖州矿务局兴隆庄2~#精煤和统煤,考察了三种制备高浓度水煤浆的表面活性剂,结果发现这三种表面活性剂都有利于提高水煤浆的浓度,改善其流动性,并且复合表面活性剂要优于单种表面活性剂.

Abstract:The Paper introduces the synthesis method of Nephthalenesulfonate-formaldehyde condensate for a coal-water mixture (CWM). Three kinds of surfactants were examined for the ability to highly concentrate a CWM in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine. As a result, it is found that they all contributed greatly to improving the fluidity and coal concentration of CWM, and surfactant mixtures are superior to the individual surfactant in high concentrating ability.
