| Abstract: | The structural optimal design for enhancing economy under the request of structure strength has been the focus of naval architecture. This paper gaves some research to evolutionary algorithm and the new nice mould to get the global optimization from the multi-apex function, which has the comprehensive ability to search and high precision. The paper demonstrates the effectiveness of this method to optimal design of big-scale ships through the structural optimal design of a container ship. |
