| 摘 要： | 论述了我国推行国库集中支付制度的意义。从深化部门预算改革，建立健全相关的法律和法规，建立财政管理信息软件系统。建立健全监督约束机制，大力推进政府采购制度，加强对财政国库管理制度改革的领导等方面，提出了加快财政改革，推行国库集中支付制度的对策。
