基于TRIZ理论的环保清洁黑板擦创新设计

摘    要:以TRIZ理论为基础,分析了现有黑板擦存在的技术冲突和物理冲突问题。基于便宜、清洁、方便的原则,从控制粉笔灰的污染、实现黑板局部擦除、设计更好的黑板擦毛刷三个方向进行改进设计。介绍了基于人字形擦子、万向轮、叶轮、百叶窗式过滤装置设计的环保清洁黑板擦。

Abstract:Based on TRIZ theory, the technical and physical problems with the existing eraser were ana-lyzed. With inexpensiveness, cleanness and convenience as the designing principles, the eraser was opti-mized in the following three aspects:controlling ash pollution, bettering the brush design, and realizingpartial rubbing. Finally, the kinds of blackboard eraser of human - shaped, univeral - wheels, impellerand shutter fillers were proposed.
