| 摘 要： | 针对钢筋切断机剪切力的变化及钢筋断裂的过程,利用LS-DYNA对钢筋切断机剪切钢筋的动态过程进行仿真分析。介绍在LS-DYNA中建模、网格划分与加载的过程,以及显示后处理和结果的分析,得出剪切力的大小及其变化趋势,同时得到钢筋断裂的动态过程,通过观察钢筋剪切的断口及应力应变分布云图,分析剪切力的变化情况,得出部分动态特性,进一步验证钢筋切断机剪切钢筋的可靠性。为今后相关的动态研究与分析提供参考,同时也对钢筋切断机的设计生产具有一定的帮助。
