| 摘 要： | 利玛窦是沟通中西方文化的第一人，他不仅是一位著名的西方传教士，同时也是一位数学家，他最早把西方的数学带到了中国，开创了中西方数学文化交融的纪元，给中国传统数学增添了生机与活力，也让西方教学文明在东方闪耀；他用数学赢得了民心，影响了一批中国数学家的成长，推动了中国传统数学和西方数学的融合与发展。

| Abstract: | Matteo Ricci was the first man who faciliated the flow of culture between China and the West.He not only is a famous west missionary, but also a mathematician. He brought early the West mathematics to China, promoted Chinese tradition mathematics to develop, and made the West mathematics civilization carry forward in China. He had the support of the Chinese people, influenced on a lot of ancient Chinese mathematician to grow up, and pushed forward fusion and development of Chinese and Western mathematics. |
