| 摘 要： | 本文给出一种计算构件可靠度及其置信区间的方法。模拟计算可利用手册、资料中的数据作为原始数据,通过小子样的试验用贝叶斯方法进一步修正构件的可靠性指标,减少了试验费用.对 SL620型汽车后桥壳的计算说明这种方法是可行的.

| Abstract: | A method is developed to evaluate a component's reliability and its confi-dence interval.In analog computation the raw data may be taken properly frommanuals or other references,and Bayes'evaluation is used for trials throughsmall subsamples to revise further the reliability index of component,thus re-ducing the trial costs.The method is proved available through a analog compu-tation for the rear-axle housing of SL620 vehicle. |
