摘    要:提出了一种新颖的高阶OTA-C高通滤波器的设计方法:使用OTA-C积分器及OTA加法器对高阶高通滤波器传递函数的结构框图进行综合。其中OTA加法器中的电阻由DO-OTA实现,整个电路仅由OTA及接地电容构成,而OTA由CMOS器件构成,所以文中电路便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容。对三阶巴特沃思高通滤波器进行了设计举例,并给出了其计算机PSPICE仿真结果及非理想特性分析。

Abstract:The paper presents a novel design method for high-order highpass filters: by using OTA-C integrators and OTA adders, the structure frame figure of high-order highpass filter transfer function is synthesized. The resistor in OTA adder is realized by DO-OTA(OTA with dual outputs).The circuit is just composed by OTAs and grounded capacitors. Moreover, the OTA is constructed by CMOS components. So the circuit is integrated conveniently and is compatible with VLSI technology. The design example of third-order butterworth highpass filter is given, and its computer PSPICE imitating and non-ideal character analysis are all made.
