摘    要:基于渤海海水的物理和力学特性、海冰物理模型试验的相似理论以及国际上已有模型冰的经验,较成功地研制出一种用于模拟我国渤海海冰的非冻结可破碎功能材料--DUT-1模型冰。该模型冰采用聚丙烯粉、水泥、塑料微珠等材料,加入一定量的水、由特制的搅拌机搅拌均匀倒入模具后成型制成。利用DUT-1模型冰材料,在实验室常温波流水槽中进行了冰排在波浪作用下的断裂、冰排对直桩及锥体结构物结构作用的物理模型试验。通过对试验现象的观察,对实验结果的综合分析、对相关理论及经验公式计算结果的比较,证明DUT-1非冻结合成模型冰材料物模实验技术有较好可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the physical and mechanical properties of ice in Bohai Sea, the similar ity law of model test and experience of available ice materials, the non-refrig erated breakable ice materials (called DUT-1 model ice) are newly developed at State Key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering, Dalian University of T echnology, which is made by putting the mixture of polypropylene powder, cement , plastic bead, water and others into a mold. The facilities and testing method on DUT-1 model ice are also introduced. The experiments have been conducted for breakup of ice sheets under wave action, ice force on vertical and conical stru cture. It is shown that the technique of DUT-1 model ice sheets acting on pile structures are reliable by observing the phenomena, analyzing the test results, and comparing measured ice forces with the empirical formulas presently used at home and abroad.
