节能中央空调系统的温湿度控制

摘    要:介绍了工业用中央空调控制系统的设计.用自动控制实现空气处理设备各个环节的节能,说明空调系统的控制思想及控制对象,对温湿度自动控制系统的工艺流程及二线制传感变送器的信号传输进行分析.结合对纺织厂中央空调系统的技术改造实例,说明节能中央空调系统的温湿度控制整机设计过程.

Abstract:Design of power-saving controlling system for centralized air-conditioning unit used in industry is introduced. Power-savings of every stage of air treatment devices are realized by auto-controlling. Controlling idea and controlling object of controlling system of centralized air-conditioning unit are illuminated. Technologic flow of the automatic controlling system is explained and so do signal transmission. By practice, the technologic reconstruct of the textile mill is introduced and design process of temperature and humidity automatic controlling of power-saving centralized air-conditioning unit is shown too.
