The BIST Technology and Its Realization |

| Abstract: | The complexity of eletronic system and specialization of some applications require the BIST(Board Intelligent Self Test)function.The realizing principle and scheme of BIST are discussed in this paper. An example of BIST in digital display system of radar is demonstrated.A method to generate test and detect digital signal by utilizing the parallel port of computer and the demo program is given. |
