水热法制备Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子

摘    要:通过改进实验工艺,调节前驱体配比,采用水热法制备Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子,有效克服了Fe3O4粒子制备过程中普遍存在的氧化问题;并利用XRD、SEM以及TEM测试分析磁粒子的组成和结构,证实所制得的磁粒子为纯相Fe3O4纳米粒子;利用激光粒度分析仪表征分析,得出本实验产物大部分为纳米级粒子,粒径较窄;由交流梯度磁强计测得产物的磁化曲线,可确定产物有较理想的超顺磁性 .

Abstract:Through improving the experimental technique and regulating the ratio of precursor,Fe3O4 nanoparticles were preparaed by hydro-thermal method and the widespread problem of oxidation in the process of Fe3O4 particle preparation was effectively overcome.The sample phase structure and particle sizes were determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was confirmed the magnetic particles obtained were pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles.Through analyses ...
