Abstract This article describes the function, structure and designing principle of the database data edit program. By this program, multiple records can be editted simultaneously on the screen and the whole records of database can be operated by moving the windows. This method is hased on principle that the relation database is regarded as a rectangular coordinates in the 2Dspace, the upperleft corner of the screen is origin, the changing of variable value in X and Y axis can be used to control the moving of the windows, In this way, the picture of the screen can be changed and moved without any confusion
