论我国人口老龄化面临的形势与对策

人口老龄化的不期而至,给我国的养老带来了巨大的难题。现行生育政策的积极调整,将极大完善人口的年龄结构;而加大社会保障制度建设、加强精神文明建设,积极应对人口老龄化,也必将有效地解决老龄化带给我们的难题。

On the Situation and Strategies Facing by the Aging Population in China

Our child policy reduces the birth rate, while the average life expectancy of the population so that the relative increase in the elderly population, which resulted in an underdeveloped country in the economic background to advance into the aging population. Our aging population has a ferocious, ＂old before getting rich＂, high-lighting differences in the characteristics of China＇s pension to an enormous problem, pension economic strength needs to be further strengthened, specific pension model also needs to be further improved. Actively adjusting the current family planning policy, will greatly improve the age structure of the population, and alleviate aging population ; while increasing the social security system, strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization, and actively responding to the aging population, will also bring effective solution to aging our problem.
