开展全民阅读活动存在的障碍与对策

开展全民阅读对于提高全民素质,增强国家软实力具有重要意义。目前我国开展全民阅读还存在不少障碍,主要表现在公众阅读习惯、阅读质量、公共阅读环境、出版物质量以及阅读推广活动等方面,可以通过采取建立专门阅读管理机构、设立中央专门阅读基金、培育公众阅读习惯、构建社会阅读氛围以及完善阅读推广等措施加以解决。
