西部地区性别收入差异现状及其影响因素探究

伴随着经济的高速发展,中国不仅出现了较为严重的收入不平等现象,也出现了性别收入不平等的现象。该文利用2010"中国西部社会经济变迁调查"数据,运用嵌套模型,探讨影响西部地区性别收入差异现状的因素。结果发现,影响西部地区性别收入差异现状的因素并不单一,户籍、人力资本、政治资本等都对其产生了影响。

A Research on Gender Income Gap and Its Influencing Factors in Western China

With the rapid development of the economy, China has not only witnessed a serious income inequality, but also the inequality in gender income. What kind of factors has the impact on this phenomenon and how do these factors affect gender income gap.9 Using the research statistics of ＂the socio -economy transition in Western China 2010＂ and applying to the nested models, this article mainly discusses the influencing factors of the gender income gap in the western area. Results show that it is not a single factor that affecting the status quo of gender income gap in the western area but household registration, human capital and political capital which all have an impact on the gender income gap.
