摘    要:商业银行岗位评估是商业银行薪酬制度改革的基础性工作,如何做到岗位评估工作的科学合理,是其中的重点和难点.文章提出运用基于层次分析法的要素评分法来对商业银行进行岗位评估.采用此方法,需要做好岗位评估体系的设计工作,做好评估指标的选取、指标权重的设置和因素分级.
