Analysis and Discussion About Mathematics Olympiad

After analysing the general condition of mathematics olympiad, we co-nsider that the olympiad has become a world-wide tide in mathematics ed-ucation. In China, mathematics olympiad has reached so high a level thatit ought to be considered as an important studying field and a componentof mathematics education. In this paper, we try to make a constructive dis-cussion on establishing the position of "olympic mathematics"and the coac-h's training way in teachers'college.
