| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现，是我们推动经济社会发展必须长期坚持的重要指导思想。西藏自治区是具有很大特殊性的民族地区，为实现经济社会又好又快发展，只有从发展战略、发展目标、发展方式等方面紧密结合西藏的实际，形成一种符合科学发展观要求的发展模式和发展方式，走出一条符合西藏实际的发展路子，才能实现科学发展、快速发展、跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development is the concentrated expression on guidance the development of world outlook and methodology, and it is the important long-term guiding ideology of our economic and social development. Tibet Autonomous Region is a very special ethnic minority area, to achieve good and fast economic and social development, make a close connection with Tibetan reality from the aspect of development strategies, development goals, development manner, form a development model and pattern which is in the line with the scientific outlook on development, take a development way that is in accord with Tibetan reality, is the only way to achieve scientific development, accelerate the development and achieve great-leapforward development. |
