摘    要:将“动态优化设计、智能化设计和可视化设计”的产品“三化”综合设计法与模糊理论相结合,提出了产品质量等级评定的多级模糊综合评价模型·该模型以产品的结构性能、工作性能和工艺性能构成相关因素集,以产品的质量等级构成决策评价集·首先对相关因素集内的各项性能分别进行初级模糊评价,然后利用初级评价结果和决策评价集完成产品质量的二级模糊评价·以新型液压振动沉拔桩机为例,对其产品质量进行了综合评价,同时也对设计方法进行了评价与验证·利用此方法可以找出各产品在结构性能、工作性能与工艺性能三方面的差距,为评价与提高产品总体质量提供科学的决策依据·

Abstract:Puts forward a multi-level fuzzy model for overall evaluation of product quality grade, which combines the dynamic optimization, intellectualization and visualization into one in design on fuzzy theory basis. This model consists of a set of factors relating to product quality grades, including construction, serviceability and process technology as evaluation indices, by which a decisive evaluation set is formed in terms of different quality grades. The primary fuzzy evaluation is done by each and every index as listed in the related set of different factors, then the secondary fuzzy evaluation is done on the basis of the primary evaluation results and decisive evaluation set. Such evaluation results are also available to judge if the design of a product satisfies the requirements for product quality. Taking a new-type hydraulic pile driver/extractor as example, its quality is evaluated overall by the evaluation model proposed and, by the way, its design is verified.
