| 摘 要： | 以武汉市洪山区洪山乡为例，论述了城郊型乡镇土地资源可持续利用的重要性，分析了城郊型乡镇土地资源的特点及其利用过程中存在的主要问题，并在此基础上提出了实现城郊型乡镇土地资源的可持续利用的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | From the view of sustainable development,this paper,taking the town of Hongshan for example,discussed the importance of sustainable utilization of land resources in the suburbs of urban,analyzed the characteristics of the land resources and the main problems in the utilization of these resources. At last,based on the above analyses,some measures were put forwards to utilize land resources sustainably in the suburb of urban. |
