摘    要:羟基磷灰石(Ca10(PO4)10(OH)2,HAP)是自然骨骼、牙齿的主要无机成分.人工合成的纳米级的羟基磷灰石有很好的生物相容性、高的生物活性与结合能力.因此,纳米级的羟基磷灰石的制备就显得很尤为重要.以珍珠粉珍珠层粉与磷酸为原料,通过湿法合成能得到20-30nm的羟基磷灰石.本实验对合成原料珍珠粉,珍珠层粉这一类组成复杂,用常规法不能滴定或者很难滴定的物质,建立了一种新的测定方法--电导滴定.通过实验证明:采用电导滴定珍珠粉珍珠层粉中的Ca2 是一种简便、快速、又很准确的分析方法.

Abstract:Natural bone and tooth is actually an inorganic composite mainly made up of nanometer size hydroxyapatite.It is of most importance to synthesize nanometer composites of hydroxyapatite in order to have good biocompatibility,high bioactivity and great bonding properties.So it is important to synthesize nanometer hydroxyapatite.We can obtain the hydroxyapatite of 20-30nm by a wet chemical precipitation method whose materials are pearl power,pearl layer power and H3PO4.In this work,we demarcate such materials as pearl layer power and pearl power which can not be determined or are hard to determine by common ways.So we establish a new method: conductance titration.We can conclude by the experiments that conductance titration is a way to determine the content of Ca2 of pearl power and pearl layer power,which is very convenient,fast and accurate.
